To review Host applications and publish only approved, limited Host profile information. Residential addresses, private phone numbers and account email addresses are not part of the public Hosts listing.

Newsletter emails

Zimbabwe Opportunity Platform uses a confirmation email before activating a newsletter subscription. This helps prevent another person from subscribing you without permission.
We use Resend to deliver confirmation and job update emails. Resend processes the email address and technical delivery information needed to send those messages.
Every job update email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter sends, while a limited suppression record may be retained to honour your choice and avoid sending again.

AI is used as an assistant for structuring job information. Listings are reviewed before publication where practical.
We aim to collect only job-related facts and avoid collecting applicant lists, private profiles, personal contact details or other unnecessary personal information.

Third-party job sources

Zimbabwe Opportunity Platform links to original job listings and third-party application pages. Those third-party websites have their own privacy policies and terms.
Job information belongs to the relevant employers or source platforms. If a job needs to be updated or removed, contact us and we will review the request.

Data sharing and storage

We do not sell personal information.
We may use trusted service providers to operate the website, store messages, host the database, measure analytics and maintain the platform.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the website, or to respond to a valid request relating to a job listing or contact message.
